Excursion is the same as all other limousines except the
deposit is $200.00

                                                           TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATION:
All reservations require a signed and dated contract.  Reservation made by anyone less than 18 years of age will
require verbal and written approval from a parent or guardian.

PAYMENT:
50% is due at time of reservation. Full payment is due two weeks
(three weeks on prom reservation) in advance of
the date of service.  Unless reservation is made less than two weeks of the date of service, In this case payment is
due immediately.  Payment can be made by personal check, money order, credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover
or any Novas card.   Payment made the day of service must be paid in cash, unless other arrangements have been
made with owners.
 It is your responsibility to make proper payment on time; a $5.00 service charge will be
accessed if payment is not received per terms stated above.


DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $100.00 will be collected when you make a reservation.  This deposit will hold the requested date and
limousine until a signed contract has been returned, at this point the deposit is used as a damage deposit until
after the date of service.  At this time the deposit will be returned to the party who issued the deposit, unless a
portion or all of the deposit is retained for damages or any violation of this contract.                                                            
The deposit is not applied to the total due on the limousine
Deposit may be used towards payment if deposit was paid by check or cash and amount due is being paid by credit
card.
You will be notified that this transaction has been done.

DEPOSITS WILL BE KEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
Smoking or drugs of any kind in the limousines.
Having more people in the limousine than stated on contract.
Standing from the moon roofs while the limousine is moving (if limousine used has moon roofs).
Any items missing, misused or broken inside or outside the limousine.
If the charter goes over the booked time.
For extra clean up, such as something spilled (liquid or solid) inside or on the outside of the limousine.
If the limousine travels on dirt or gravel roads you will be charged $10.00 per mile (minimum $30.00) to clean
limousine.
Vomiting inside or on the outside of the limousine.
Body Glitter worn, we will charge at $30.00 per hour to vacuum and pickup glitter from the seats and carpet. We have
spent up to 3 hours in the past.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY:
You accept total responsibility for yourself and fellow passengers during this charter and agree to compensate the
carrier for any damages or additional time in full.
 If you are reserving the limousine for someone else, it is your
responsibility to inform these people of the terms and conditions.


ALCOHOL:
It is legal to have alcohol inside the limousine.  Should any person of legal drinking age bring alcohol into the
limousine, be advised that each individual is liable for themselves in the event the limousine is stopped by law
enforcement officials.  Minors, regardless of parental consent, shall not be allowed to bring or consume alcohol in
or around the limousine.   Should there be minors in the limousine there will be no alcohol allowed in the
limousine.  No coolers will be allowed inside the limousine.  There are compartments inside the limousine you can
use. Any fines assessed to the Chauffeur are the responsibility of the lesser.

VOMITING:
Should anyone in your party vomit inside or on the outside of the limousine, the chauffeur shall collect an additional
$250.00 for cleaning and fumigation purposes.

TERMINATION OF CHARTER:
The chauffeur may terminate the balance of any charter due to misbehavior that may cause damage to the
limousine or passengers or any violation of this agreement.  
There is no refund due for any terminated charter.

FUEL SURCHARGE:
With the fluctuating fuel prices we have been forced to add a fuel surcharge. At the time of  booking the fuel
surcharge will be stated based on fuel costs at that time. Should fuel cost go up or down, the fuel surcharge will be
adjusted accordingly.

CAPACITIES:
All of our limousines have rated person capacities that are stated on the contract.  These capacities are based on
average size people,
If you have larger people in your party you will need to compensate people for room.  If you want to put more people
in the limousine than the capacity, be prepared to lose your deposit.  If you need more than one limousine to
accommodate your party, please contact us to make those arrangements.

DRIVE TIME AND DOWN TIME:
Drive time is started at the time you request the limousine to arrive and ends when we drop you off at your
destination.  Drive time is charged when you are in the limousine and when you are down for less than one hour.  
Down time is charged only when you have been down at one location for more than one hour.

CANCELLATIONS:
Prior to one month of date reserved you will receive a 50% refund of total amount due for rental.  Less than one
month prior to date reserved there will be no refund of any payment made towards rental.
($100.00 MINIMUM CANCELLATION FEE)
